ReplyDeleteThe best way to apply liquid eyeliner is with a latex applicator instead of a bristle brush as you wont get any scratching along the lines. Also the latex applicator is much easier to do rounded lines at each corner of the eye. RVB Color Therapy have a liquid eyeliner with a latex applicator, it also has an elastic finish so it doesn't crumble!! give it a try xx T
